Equipping the Church to Stand for Life
The fight for life is far from over. While we were honored to play a role in defeating Florida’s radical Amendment 4, we know this won’t be the last time pro-abortion activists push extreme legislation. The battle now shifts to preparing the church to faithfully defend the unborn—because lives still hang in the balance.
Too many Christians remain uninformed or uncertain about how to engage on this critical issue. That’s why we’re developing new resources with the Life Training Institute to equip believers with the tools to confidently and compassionately make the case for life in their churches, communities, and even the public square.

Three Ways to Make A Difference
#1. Share these videos leading up to the election.
We have produced short videos in partnership with Scott Klusendorf and the Life Training Institute (LTI) designed for the church. These videos explain why amendment 4 is harmful to human flourishing and how you can make a persuasive case for life. In the weeks leading up to the election, you can Incorporate these instructive videos in any order into your regular services. The church must be informed or amendment 4 will pass and unrestricted abortion will be alive and well in Florida.

#2. Send a letter to your congregation.
Pastor Dr. Edgar Aponte of Idlewild Baptist Church, one of the largest Baptist churches in Tampa, has sent a compelling and biblically grounded letter to his congregation, urging them to vote no on Amendment 4. He has graciously given us permission to share this letter with you, encouraging you to use it as is or adapt it, and make it your own as you lovingly direct your church. Your congregation is seeking leadership and guidance, and they want to hear from you about Amendment 4.
#3. Preach a sermon or invite one our speakers.
You can preach on this issue and bless your people. Or, invite one of our 12 speakers that have years of experience speaking on this issue in churches, schools, and even hostile secular environments.
